Rocket League: Hot Wheels Update Now Available

ROCKET LEAGUE®’S ‘HOT WHEELS’ UPDATE NOW AVAILABLE

Update Includes New Hot Wheels® Cars and Content

Independent video game developer and publisher, Psyonix, creators of the indie smash-hit Rocket League®, today
announced that its latest update is (as of approximately 4pm GMT) now available for download.

The update features brand new Hot Wheels® content

including two premium DLC Battle-Cars, the Twin Mill™ III
and Bone Shaker™ and additional FREE post-match content drops, including a “Hot Wheels”
Topper and Antenna, Treasure Hunt Flag, and Shark Bite™ Topper.

In addition, the update features PlayStation 4 Pro support 4K / 60 frames per second in all arenas for solo play and two-player split-screen modes, while this doesn’t effect Xbox Players, it’s great to know we’ll be getting similar or better performance when the Xbox Scorpio is released later this year.

The new fan-voted “Player’s Choice” Crate is also included in the update, filled with
some of the community’s favorite customization items, including Lightning and Zomba exotic wheels.

For full details on the update please see patch notes here.

(this page will be updated with the patch notes soon)

All FREE content is available now and the premium DLC Battle-Cars, Twin Mill III and Bone Shaker, for
USD $1.99 (or regional equivalent).

Remember to drop by our live stream and giveaway at 10pm on our Facebook page where we will be taking a closer look at the new Hot Wheels car’s in action, as well as opening enough crates to make your eyes water, and did I mention we will be giving away 10, yes TEN copies of the game to our viewers during the stream.

The stream will also be posted at xboxsector.com/live but you’ll need to join the chat on the facebook page for your chance to win a copy of Rocket League on Xbox One.
